Description SAIC is looking for a cleared Systems Engineering candidate to lead an engineering team in providing technical assistance and recommendations regarding the planning, implementation, and management of Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations (BAIO) Programs of Record within the Program Executive Office, Command, Control, Computers, Communications, and Intelligence (PEO C4I).
