Standard Job Description Accountable for overall engineering technical, cost and schedule performance on a specific program. Provides primary Tech Ops interface with Program Management (PM) Office/Customer for all programmatic items on a specific program.Responsible for identification and closure of technical issues.Meets/Exceeds all technical commitments made to the programs.Tracks Estimated time to Complete/Earned Value Management (ETC/EVM) Metrics to monitor program performance and identify technical or Tech Ops staffing risks, while managing cost/schedule.Ensures requirements baseline in documents, tracked, maintained, and verified.Ensures establishment and tracking of key Technical Performance Measures (TPM).Provides timely and accurate projections of engineering resource requirements.Works with PM to ensure GRID is up to date.
