Description: Our team is responsible for maintaining product and system baselines, governing engineering change processes, and ensuring seamless coordination across engineering, quality, and supply chain functions. What You Will Be Doing As the Subcontractor Engineering Change Analyst you will be responsible for evaluating subcontractor proposed design changes, creating and tracking change requests in our product data management tools, and driving the configuration change board process. You’ll serve as the central liaison that translates technical impacts into actionable plans for engineering, supplier quality, and global supply chain partners.
