Description: The Capture Program Quality Engineer Staff- Level 4 (CPQE) applies the Quality Sciences to the program capture value stream through the data analysis and leading root cause corrective action efforts. This role supports new program events and proposal activities, often serving as the primary liaison among all quality functions during the capture phase of a contract’s life cycle.
