Description: We are Lockheed Martin As a Flight Test Engineer you will be responsible for leading the flight test engineering team in planning and implementing flight test program(s); coordinating test program activities with manufacturing, test site resources, engineering system specialists, and other organizations; ensuring proper configuration of the test article is specified and coordinated, as well as the proper test fixtures, sites, specialized equipment, and personnel availability to support the planned tests; and creating the test cards, conducting the pre- and post-test briefings, and directing and conducting the actual test mission from the control room (TD and TC).
