Description Position: Computer Engineer III SAIC is seeking a Computer Engineer III to support the Expeditionary Electronic Warfare Division at NSWC Crane. This position is responsible for performing Threat Load Development on the Joint Counter Radio-Controlled Improvised Explosive Device (RCIED) Electronic Warfare (JCREW) family of electronic jamming systems designed to protect military personnel. This position is responsible for performing Threat Load Development on the Ground - Based Air Defense (GBAD) and Multi-Function Electronic Warfare systems (MFEW). Both systems represent a modernization effort aimed at protecting Marines from air threats, specifically unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), cruise missiles, and aircraft. GBAD program aims to detect, track, identify, and defeat adversary air threats. It is focused on accelerating the delivery of counter-UAS (C-UAS) technology to Marines. The MFEW system is a crucial, rapidly deployed tool for electronic warfare (EW), often used to support the Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF).
