Description SAIC is seeking a highly skilled Program/Budget Analyst (SETA) to provide financial and programmatic support to a U.S. Government customer. This role involves comprehensive oversight of cost, schedule, and performance to ensure alignment with mission goals and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to drive resource planning, execution, and analysis, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of financial resources in support of mission-critical programs. This role includes leading efforts to develop and manage long-term budget plans, facilitating multi-year budget submissions (e.g., CBJB/IPBS/CBP), creating execution justifications, and capturing and analyzing unfunded requirements (UFRs).
