Description This senior-level system engineering position provides IT support in configuring and maintain both Windows and Linux baselines and managing and maintaining Windows 11 endpoints. The well qualified candidate will be experienced in providing system administrative support for Windows/Linux endpoints in an air-gapped environment without direct internet access. The candidate will also be responsible for managing and utilizing an on-prem ServiceNow instance. The qualified candidate will work closely with and coordinate the Tier 3 activities of several IT professionals in managing, maintaining, and patching endpoints.
