Responsibilities include: - ADP program work force management (Re-assignments/placements, recruitment, selection of new employees, and terminations) - Personnel Management (training, mentoring, career development, performance/compensation, and promotions) - Management responsibility will include significant collaboration with ADP programs, Aeronautics Programs, other Business Units, and Industry.
