Job Duties: Take full ownership of the day-to-day stability and performance of a dedicated infrastructure stack built on Cisco computing, VMware, and NAS storage. Act as the first responder for hardware and platform-level incidents, applying strong, methodical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues.
