Description Provides Program Analyst and Management support to Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) acquisition programs in the areas of budget, financial, project management and product sustainment. Participate in program Working Groups, Program Management Reviews, and advise on technical, programmatic, and financial data calls. Consolidate cost/schedule/performance, requirements, objectives, and metrics associated with program objectives. Participate in the System Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process for Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs). Act as a PM representative through program design phases including SETRs, Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) and Change Implementation Boards (CIBs). Support the NAVAIR change management process for development of ECP documentation. Develop Procurement Initiation Document and Contract Documentation Sections B-J IAW Uniform Contract Format (UCF).
