Position: Financial Analyst II Job Description: What You'll Be Doing: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages. Analyze actual financial results versus forecast, budget, and prior year performance. Support forecasting and budgeting processes, including revenue, margin, operating expense, and working capital analysis. Develop financial models and business case analyses to support strategic initiatives. Partner with Sales, and Business Unit leaders to provide actionable financial insights. Assist with month-end close activities, variance analysis, and management reporting. Support inventory, profitability, and working capital analysis. Enhance reporting effectiveness through process improvement initiatives and automation opportunities.
