Description SAIC is seeking a Senior Financial Program Analyst located at Ft Shafter in Hawaii to support the USARPAC G37 Exercises branch for the USPACOM contract to serve as the authoritative financial voice and strategic advisor for the Army Exercise Program to manage a fluctuating annual budget of $400M to $700M (representing roughly one-third of USARPAC's discretionary funding) across 50+ major military exercises, this high-visibility role acts as the sole financial point of contact for internal leadership, major subordinate commands, and joint-service stakeholders across the Pacific Theater. JOB DESCRIPTION: Strategic Joint & Army Synchronization: Act as the central funding coordinator to align, program, and secure resource allocations across: Joint Staff J7 & PACOM J7: Lead Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development and Spend Plan synchronization.
