Description SAIC is hiring a Financial Analyst to support our customer within the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering (OUSW(R&E)) by providing resource analysis, budget execution, and financial management. The contractor will provide financial budgetary support to include but not limited to providing funding, forecasting, programming, budget documentation, execution status, and funds reconciliation. The contractor will follow the planning, programming, budget, executing (PPBE) process and guidance. The contractor will monitor and report the status of approved, deferred, and released funds.
