Description SAIC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide support to the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering (OUSW(R&E)) with all phases of the DoW Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. Candidates must have experience supporting Senior Financial Management / Budget Execution, with experience with acquisition and PPBE processes at the DoW or Service Component Headquarters level. This position will also serve as the contractor Team Lead for a staff of three to five financial analysts. This position is full-time onsite at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA. Responsibilities include: Assist OUSW(R&E) in developing the Program Objectives Memorandum (POM) and Budget Estimate Submission for R&E, manage internal R&E budget reviews and change/budget proposals; manage and review budget submission entries in Excel and the applicable databases; and develop and review detailed budget justification material...
