Description SAIC is seeking a Program Budget Analyst to join our team in Aberdeen, Maryland. Job Description: Prepare, review, and validate a wide range of financial documents for execution, including Project Work Directives (PWDs), Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs), and other budgetary instruments. Ensure all financial documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with applicable regulations (DoD Financial Management Regulations, OMB Circulars, etc.) prior to submission. Track the status of financial documents through the execution process, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or delays.
