Description SAIC is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide support to the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering (OUSW(R&E)) with all phases of the DOW Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process, meeting all OSW mandated timelines for submission of PPBE related documents.
