Description The Principal Program Control Analyst Principal provides advanced financial oversight and analytical support to multiple government programs of varying size and complexity. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and analyzing program budgets, forecasts, cost models, and performance metrics. The analyst shall interface closely with Program Manager (PM), Program Management Office (PMO), to include, contracts, finance, accounts receivable, procurement, subcontract management to ensure accurate execution against financial goals. This principal-level position requires deep government contracting knowledge, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to influence decisions through expert analysis-without direct supervisory duties.
