Description: *Work location can be Chelmsford, MA or Andover, MA* You will be the Security Rep Senior on the Chelmsford Security team, supporting our special programs and Andover security operations. Our team is responsible for providing multi disciplined security support and managing internal security compliance and program activities for the Chelmsford, Westford, and Andover facilities. What You Will Be Doing As the Security Rep Senior you will be responsible for interpretation and execution of contract security guidance, advising program leadership on assessed security risks, shaping policy, and protecting critical assets. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Implement, and administer security policies, procedures, and collateral security controls in compliance with NISPOM, DFARS, DoD 5205.07, and related directives. • Deliver security education and training programs for personnel and visitors. • Investigate security incidents, draft corrective...
