Description: You will be the Security Rep. Manager for the MFC Security Team. Our team is responsible for safeguarding Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) assets, people, and facilities. What You Will Be Doing As the Security Rep. Manager you will be responsible for leading the MFC Grand Prairie Infrastructure / Facilities Protection Organization and ensuring 24‑hour security coverage. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Direct and oversee the implementation of federal security regulations (NISPOM, DoD Manual 5205.07, ICD 705, JSIG, UL, CFATS, BATFE, AA&E) and ensure continuous compliance. Provide after‑hours emergency support, acting as Incident Manager for the Crisis Management Team to allocate resources effectively during facility emergencies.
