Overview The Security Manager (FSO/SSO) holds a critical leadership role in managing and guiding LMI’s security posture across Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) programs. This position requires an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with polygraph (preferred), and is responsible for supervising security analysts, directing security operations to ensure strict adherence to federal, contractual, and company policy requirements. Reporting to LMI’s Vice President of Security, the Security Manager will safeguard personnel, facilities, and other national security assets.
