Description SAIC is seeking a Special Technical Operations (STO) System Administration Security Manager (SASM) to support the US Air Force Collaborative Operations for Battlespace Resilient Architecture (COBRA) program at the US Air Forces Europe / Air Forces Africa (USAFE-AFAFRICA) in Ramstein Air Base, Germany. This role directly supports the integration of advanced Special Access Program (SAP) capabilities into joint, coalition, and interagency operations, aligning with JADC2 and MDO priorities. The STO SASM is responsible for the secure and efficient operation of the Planning and Decision Aid System (PDAS)-a mission-critical system supporting the planning and execution of Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (STO).
