Description SAIC is seeking an experienced Senior CSSR to support U.S. Navy overseas missions, with a focus on Guam. The CSSR will lead SCI/SAP security operations, oversee SCIF/SAPF design and accreditation, and ensure compliance with ICD 705, DoD, and Navy security requirements. This role provides on-site SME support for secure facility construction, physical and personnel security, cybersecurity/RMF alignment, and incident response. Key Responsibilities Lead classified security operations across physical, personnel, information, OPSEC, COMSEC, and industrial security domains Serve as the primary security liaison with Navy leadership, government agencies, contractors, and international partners Direct SCIF/SAPF design, construction, modification, and accreditation in compliance with ICD 705; review/prepare CSPs and security plans Conduct physical security surveys, threat/vulnerability assessments, and recommend risk mitigations for overseas mission environments...
