Description: The Senior Manager responsible for Employment Law Compliance will manage and lead the enterprise’s investigations for both internal and external complaints relating to Lockheed Martin’s compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and regulations, as well as lead a centralized function to support the company’s defense of agency charges filed in federal, state, and local agencies.
