Description: WHAT WE’RE DOING We are expanding our legal capabilities to support multiple RMS market segments across the SEMS portfolio. By strengthening our in‑house counsel function, we aim to proactively manage contractual risk, ensure compliance with ever‑changing FAR/DFAR requirements, and enable rapid, informed decision‑making for complex government, international, and commercial transactions. The Work: Serve as the primary legal lead for several RMS market segments, reporting directly to the General Counsel of SEMS with a dotted‑line to the General Counsel of MIC2. Provide end‑to‑end counsel on U.S. government, international, and commercial contracting matters, including FAR/DFAR procurements, Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs), Commercial Services Agreements (CSOs), and related non‑traditional vehicles.
