Description: WHAT WE’RE DOING We are expanding our legal capabilities to support multiple RMS market segments across the SEMS portfolio. By strengthening our in‑house counsel function, we aim to proactively manage contractual risk, ensure compliance with ever‑changing FAR/DFAR requirements, and enable rapid, informed decision‑making for complex government, international, and commercial transactions. The Work: Serve as the primary legal lead for several RMS market segments, reporting directly to the General Counsel of SEMS with a dotted‑line to the General Counsel of MIC2. Basic Qualifications Juris Doctor is required. In addition, a minimum 4 years’ experience practicing law, preferably with a law firm or the U.S. government is required.   CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. For those candidates who do not currently have a clearance, it will be required that it be sought once onboarded.
