Position: Legal Counsel Job Description: What You’ll Be Doing Reports to Legal Director and Vice President, Legal and assists them on medium to complex sales, business and corporate related transactions. Interfaces directly with President, Vice Presidents, Managing Directors and Board of Directors of the Company across South Asia, Korea & Japan.
