Position: Legal Counsel Job Description: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Reports to Legal Director (South Asia, Korea & Japan) and Vice President, Legal and assists them on medium to complex sales, business and corporate related transactions. • Interfaces directly with President, Vice Presidents, Managing Directors and Board of Directors of the Company across South Asia, Korea & Japan.
