Position: Procurement Specialist / Strategic Buyer Job Description: Principal Accountabilities Assist with implementation, administration and maintenance of the automated contract lifecycle management system for all indirect sourcing contracts including: ● Review submitted contract requests, create vendor record, if necessary, create contract record ● Work closely with strategic sourcing category lead to facilitate internal approvals, signature collection and retention of all executed contracts and related documents by the Vendor Management Office ● Confirm executed contracts and contract details are accurately entered into the system ● Research and fulfill requests for contract history and/or copies. ●Maintains contract compliance system to manage contracts throughout the term of the contract, archives all resource documents, and completes reports for management and category leads.
