Overview
LMI is seeking a technology focused, business-minded attorney with commercial technology and government contracting experience to join its dynamic Law Department at a pivotal moment in our business. This position will report to LMI’s General Counsel and will serve as the primary legal advisor and deal expert to our CTO organization responsible for developing and bringing commercial technology solutions to the federal marketplace that drive revenue growth and serve critical federal missions.
Responsibilities
Providing legal guidance to CTO and sales organizations to develop strategies to drive technology business forward Negotiating and drafting contracts and license agreements with private-sector partners and federal clients, including SAAS agreements, technology licenses, IP agreements, and channel partner agreements Advising on technology product development, intellectual property, compliance, data...
