Description: As the Production Operations Development Lead, you will drive the transition of cutting‑edge air‑defense hardware from concept to full‑rate production. You will support the Lower‑Tier Integrated Air & Missile Defense (LTIAMD) portfolio, including PAC‑3 Evolutionary Development and Transition‑to‑Production (T2P) initiatives, as well as new franchise programs. Our team oversees the end‑to‑end management and integration of multiple hardware development programs, guiding each project from initial proposal through design and development and ultimately into full‑scale production.
