Description: You will be the Program Support & Field Operations Manager for the PAC 3 Sustainment team. Our team safeguards worldwide field service personnel and ensures the technical integrity of launcher, missile and interceptor systems throughout every phase of sustainment, from deployment to training and readiness. What You Will Be Doing As the Program Support & Field Operations Manager you will lead a Full Spectrum Leadership (FSL) effort, coordinating performance assessments, staffing, schedules, metrics and conflict resolution that directly affect our customers’ mission success.
