Description: What We’re Doing This position is for the First Line Manager (FLM) of the Special Test Equipment group which is part of RF Front End and Power Design center within the Radar, Electronic Warfare, and Acoustic Sensor (REAS) organization. The manager will report directly to the Senior Manager of RF Front End and Power Design. The Work • The FLM will provide technical, programmatic, and administrative leadership to a group of approximately 20 engineers of varying experience levels. • The manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of requirements into hardware and software special test equipment designs and build for multiple programs; coordination with programs, manufacturing and subject matter experts for the development of designs and manufacturing efforts; recommendations, planning and execution of IRAD efforts; supporting business pursuits and proposals; and developing key expertise needed to grow the business in this area. • The...
