Description: Arise is seeking an E&T Manager to manage the support of efforts across the Arise Analytics Applications Teams. These are multidisciplinary teams that include full stack engineers, software engineers, and DevSecOps engineers scoped with developing solutions to solve the most challenging automated data analysis and machine learning problems. The selected candidate will also serve as E&T Manager for Orlando software engineers supporting the ARISE Analytics team. As an Engineering & Technology (E&T) Manager, the candidate is responsible for providing technical coaching and mentoring, work assignments, employee career development, continuous ongoing feedback, and being their employees advocate in opportunity discussions.
