Overview
LMI is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) program focused on suicide prevention and mental health. This role will lead technical projects and workstreams across a multidisciplinary program involving digital solutions, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, analytics, data, and program evaluation. The successful candidate will serve as the primary owner for assigned projects—translating client needs into actionable technical requirements, coordinating delivery teams, managing scope and priorities, and ensuring solutions are delivered successfully. This individual should be comfortable working directly with developers, analysts, data scientists, evaluators, and business stakeholders and have enough technical fluency to understand dependencies, challenge assumptions, identify risks, and drive decisions.
