The Technical Program Manager bridges the gap between complex engineering, business strategy, and execution. They drive the lifecycle of technical projects-from conception to deployment-by managing cross-functional dependencies, identifying risks, and ensuring technical teams build scalable solutions that align with MPE mission goals.
