Overview
LMI is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manage r (TPM) to lead the deployment and evolution of IronGate, an ETL solution focused on moving data from commercial environments into secure environments. You’ll be an initial member of a small, cross-functional team maintaining this product on contract. This position requires the ability to obtain a clearance - U.S. citizenship is required. This role requires quarterly travel for in person team planning and collaboration events. IronGate sits within LMI’s Chief Technology Office. We’re a small, high-visibility team building an ETL for federal agencies. The culture is more startup than traditional government contractor; we move fast, solve problems in design spikes rather than scheduled reviews, and care more about outcomes than process.
