QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting an Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS) to join our team at Fort Belvoir, VA to support our customer, Project Manager Terrestrial Sensors (PM TS) . Duties: Organizes and directs work; coordinates efforts related to design, development, and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Apply principles of project management developing large, complex schedules. Performs program schedule analysis to include Metrics, Critical Path, Float, and schedule variances. Builds and maintains a program-level IMS which includes major milestones and deliverables. Monitors program and project schedule performance, to include weekly and monthly variances. Utilizes GANTT, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances.
