The Program Manager (PM) will lead the planning, execution, and oversight of the Defense Casualty Information Processing System (DCIPS) Future program. This high-visibility initiative supports the Office of Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP) and entails modernizing a mission-critical system that directly serves the DoD military community. The Program Manager will oversee architecture development, testing, deployment, and sustainment of the DCIPS Future solution in AWS GovCloud, with a focus on agile/iterative methodologies, cybersecurity, system reliability, user experience, and long-term scalability.
