ECS is seeking an experienced Aviation Safety Program Manager to work onsite in our Lakeland, FL office. The Aviation Safety Program Manager (ASPM) supports NOAA's Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO) - Safety and Environmental Compliance Division (SECD) by planning, implementing, and coordinating the Aviation Safety Program.
