Description The MSCL Quality Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) that ensures all calibration services meet NASA, ISO/IEC 17025, and aerospace industry requirements. The Quality Manager oversees quality assurance processes, internal audits, documentation control, nonconformance management, proficiency testing, and continuous improvement activities within the MSCL environment.
