Description: The Engineering Propulsion Laboratory (EPL) is seeking a Test Operations Associate Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of test operations and Ordnance technicians that support hazardous test operations with pneumatics, ordnance, propulsion systems, mechanisms, cryogenics, and hydraulics. The laboratory supports multiple programs, each with differing levels of requirements definition, while operating under tight schedule and cost constraints. The incumbent continuously evaluates workload, staffing levels, and resource allocation to ensure safe, on time, and on budget delivery of test data and hardware validation.
