Standard Job Description The Mk21A Program is the strategic missile development and qualification program responsible for designing, building, testing, and qualifying the Reentry Vehicle, Avionics, and support equipment that carries the payload for the Sentinel Weapon System. The MK21A Arming & Fuzing Assembly (AFS) Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead is fully responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance associated with design, build, test and delivery of all AFS hardware required for the MK21A EMD program. The selected candidate will lead and integrate professionals from engineering, supply chain, contracts, finance, planning and operations to ensure performance to the program baseline within the IPT. The IPT Lead will lead and manage multiple direct reports including Program Managers / Control Account Managers (CAMs), and serve as the primary customer POC at the IPT level.
