Description: Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS) team on a long-term assignment, serving as the F-16 in-country Aircraft Modification Supervisor at Polish Air Base, Poznan. The successful candidate will serve as a leader within the AFS Maintenance, Overhaul, and Upgrade (MUO) team. This will be a working lead position. This role will serve as the primary in-country point of contact with the customer to provide comprehensive program oversight to ensure all modification activities are implemented consistent with planned strategies and commitments and achieve 100% delivery of modified aircraft to meet AFS and customer expectations. Basic Qualifications Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Technology or Mathematics field.
