Description The Subcontracts Manage r serves primarily as a functional lead, providing strategic direction, guidance, and oversight across the subcontract life cycle. This position will support SAIC's Civilian Business Group. While the role is leadership-oriented, the Subcontracts Manager may also provide direct, hands-on support in areas such as strategic proposal efforts and complex subcontract actions where senior expertise is needed.
