Description: You will be the F-16 Production Completion Supervisor - Level 3 for the Production Completion Team which is responsible for overseeing the final assembly of aircraft and ensuring all specifications are met. What You Will Be Doing As the F-16 Production Completion Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for directing the completion of aircraft, managing personnel, and guaranteeing compliance with customer, engineering, and DCMA requirements. Your responsibilities will include: Lead and oversee final assembly of F‑16 aircraft, ensuring sub‑assemblies, avionics, and mechanical systems meet all applicable specifications. Manage recruitment, training, performance assessment, work assignments, and recognition/disciplinary actions for subordinate staff.
