Description SAIC is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to provide management, direction, and leadership for all contractor activities performed under an Intelligence Community program. This position serves as the single point of accountability across the program. Work is performed on site in: Bethesda, MD, with CONUS/OCONUS travel as required. The Program Manager will be responsible for: Serving as the primary contractor interface to the Government CO, COR, and leadership for all contractual, financial, technical, and programmatic matters. Providing overall management and oversight of all contractor and subcontractor personnel across all program functional areas.
