Description: We are Lockheed Martin Aircraft Maintenance Associate Manager of the F-35 Integrated Test Force (ITF) for Field Team Operations (FTO), this is to support 3/12 Friday to Sunday two shift operations 12:00 pm to 12:00 am (negotiable), personnel located at Edwards AFB, CA. This position provides management oversight of the Aircraft Supervisors, Hourly Technician workforce, Maintenance Control Specialists. Will also assist management/oversight of hangar floor and flightline operations. Serve as an interview team member as required. Provide company guidance and administrative information flowed down by the Management Team. Will provide OJT, coaching, and mentoring of first line L3 supervisors. Will assist management team in executing priorities, while also identifying changes to priorities throughout the day while communicating changes to management. **Must be a US Citizen.
