Description: Manage the Lockheed Martin Pre DD-250 Missile Body Organization at Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC), Naval Base Kitsap - Submarine Base Bangor, Washington, supporting the Fleet Ballistic Missile Program. Manage activities in the areas of missile/motor assembly/disassembly, test, inspection and delivery through four subordinate managers working in four different production buildings and with a combined workforce that includes salaried and represented employees. Furnish management systems to achieve effective missile body operations required by ordnance documents and other DOD/Navy/LM requirements. Manage and perform missile body operations control functions including: Control Account Management (CAM), Earned Value Management (EVM), Production schedule and material control.
