Description: You will be an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor for our F-35 Program at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona! Our team is responsible for providing the direct management of aircraft production and sets maintenance priorities for the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment team. Description: Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics team to be part of the Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS) Interim Contractor Support (ICS) Core Team supporting F-35 Maintenance activities across the full spectrum of Field Operations at various F-35 operating locations both inside the US and internationally. What You Will Be Doing • The selected candidate will supervise a team of on-the-job trainers at various locations and ensures the timeliness of curriculum development and lesson plan reviews ensuring all meet/exceed DCMA 8210.1C and applicable service guidance for all variants of the F-35 aircraft.
